Our Training Program
Our program includes starting young horses, re-starting older horses who lack a solid foundation, specific problem solving, and general development and training for any equestrian discipline.
Our goal is to produce horses with exceptional mental attitudes along with fine physical form. Needless to say, this requires much more than an arena and a trainer.
In good weather, our brood mares foal in the field, and raise their babies in alfalfa fields, along with other agemates. Our weanlings are handled carefully and socialized appropriately.
As yearlings and two year olds, they spend much of their time in steep mountain pastures, developing agility, muscle structure, and social skills which prove to be great assets in their overall development and education.
While some of our stock go on to win in the show ring, we think most about creating "real horses for real people".
